States Allowing Increased BevAlc Sales in Grocery Stores

Several states (Tennessee, Colorado, and Oklahoma) have recently passed, or are in the process of developing, rules that permit increased sales of full strength beer, wine, and spirits in grocery stores. However, not everyone in the industry supports these measure, foreseeing a diluted market where small-scale retailers and producers are squeezed out. Read our companion blog post.

What are your thoughts? How do things work in your state? Should beverage alcohol be sold along with food? Can smaller-scale members thrive when big box groceries selling alcohol?
