Cuban cigars, still not legal in the U.S. But, Cuban rum soon will be

   With recent talks between the United States government and Raul Castro's regime regarding lifting the trade embargo, Cuban rum might soon appear in the United States for the first time since five decades. Bacardi ponders if it should move it's operation back to Cuba from Puerto Rico, while Pernod Ricard eagerly waits for the "green flag"  so that it can legally start importing it's Havanista product into the U.S.
